The performance of our trading platform is likely to vary depending on the internet browser you use.
While our trading platform provides consistently fast and reliable execution on most browsers, you could significantly improve your login time by upgrading to a more recent version.
Which browser is fastest?
Our tests of popular browsers have shown that clients are able to log in more quickly using Google Chrome. On average, Internet Explorer takes up to four times longer.

Older versions of each popular browser, such as Internet Explorer 6 and 7 (which we no longer support), were significantly slower than newer versions.
Old and outdated browsers can have security issues and bugs, and may lack the functionality of the newer versions. We recommend you always keep your browser up to date.
What browser version am I using?
To find out what version of your browser you are using, simply follow these instructions:
Internet Explorer
Go to the Help menu of your Internet Explorer browser window and click About Internet Explorer.
Firefox
Go to the Help menu of your Firefox browser window and click About Mozilla Firefox.
Google Chrome
Go to the spanner icon on the toolbar of your Chrome browser window, select the menu and click About Google Chrome.
Update your browser
In some cases, changing your browser could help speed up your login time. Check if you have the latest version and download it for free if necessary:
