I have forgotten my login details. What should I do?
If you have lost your account number or password, see Lost your details? for information. If you have forgotten both your account number and password, please contact the Helpdesk.
Can I change my login details?
Yes. Once you've logged in, you can change your username and password as often as you like by visiting My Account > Settings.
I'm using the right details, but can't log in to PureDeal. What should I do?
If you are using the correct username and password but can't log in, please see our System Requirements page to ensure your system is supported. If you are confident that your browser is supported, please see our Troubleshooting section for further solutions.
I get a blank page or missing items when I log in to PureDeal. What should I do?
If you get a blank page or if items appear to be missing upon logging in to PureDeal, it may be that your browser or security settings are not correctly configured for PureDeal. Please see Settings and Troubleshooting for details on configuring your browser.
Are my details secure when I log in to PureDeal?
When entering the IG website the logon uses a https connection to ensure that your account number and password are secure.
