Efficient

• On PureDeal, our prices update extremely quickly. If the dealing platform you are using is slow, the prices at which you deal can be out of date and your deals could be rejected. In contrast our prices on PureDeal update many times a second, giving you better information and greatly increasing the chance of your deals going through first time.
• IG Index provides clients with an automated online dealing service, in which approximately 99% of all orders are automatically executed, with no human intervention and no re-quotes.

Fair

• At IG Index, we process your spread bets according to a procedure called symmetrical tolerance. This means that if you send us an online instruction, but the market moves during the dealing process, we will accept your order as long as it falls within a certain set band centred on the current dealing price. Instead of only accepting the deal if it suits us or rejecting it if it doesn't, you are able to rely on our set margin of tolerance.
• We always look to give you the best price available. In very fast-moving markets you can sometimes find a price on PureDeal which is no longer the best available – this is where our unique Price Improvement technology comes in. With Price Improvement, we could offer you a better price, if one is available when your deal is executed.
