1) I have forgotten my login details. What should I do next?
If you have lost your account number or password, see Lost your details for more information. If you have forgotten both your account number and password, please contact the Helpdesk.
2) How can I register a credit or debit card to transfer funds into my IG Index account?
If you are a new customer or have not previously registered a card, you can do so online via the 'My Account – Payments' section within PureDeal. Navigate to the 'Make a Payment' area to register, edit and manage your card online. To register or manage additional cards, please contact the Helpdesk.
3) How can I fund my account?
We accept a wide range of payment methods but the quickest way fund your account is by registering a debit or credit card. To do this, please see the previous FAQ on how to register debit or credit cards. You will then be able to log in and deposit funds online quickly and easily.
4) How do I upgrade my account from Limited Risk to Plus?
To upgrade to a Plus Account, you will need to log in to PureDeal and navigate to the 'My Account – Overview' area. Once here, please click on 'Upgrade Now'. Your request will be sent to our Helpdesk and we will endeavour to assess and action your request within 24 hours.
5) I am experiencing intermittent problems with PureDeal. How can I resolve these issues?
